How to Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@qynko.com from your registered email address.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- You will immediately lose access to all purchased courses, communities, and upcoming 1:1 sessions or webinars.
- No refunds will be issued for active subscriptions or unused services upon account deletion.
- Your interaction history, comments, and profile data will be permanently removed from the platform.

Data Retention
Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request. However, transaction records and purchase history may be retained longer as required by financial regulations and tax laws.
