Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Our refund and cancellation policy for 1:1 sessions, courses, webinars, and paid communities purchased from this Creator.
By completing this purchase, you agree to the following conditions.
These conditions apply to all purchases made on a Creator's profile on the Qynko platform and form part of your agreement with Procellence Technology, India.
Payment
- All payments are processed securely through Qynko's in-platform payment system (UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking).
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Your purchase is confirmed only when you receive a payment confirmation from Qynko.
- Platform service charges collected at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- You must not make any payment to this Creator outside the Qynko platform. Qynko is not liable for losses from off-platform payments.
1:1 Session — Conditions
The following rules apply when you book a private session with this Creator:
- You may join the session up to 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Cancel more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours of the session start time — no refund is issued.
- If you do not join (no-show) — no refund is issued.
- If the Creator cancels or does not show up — a full automatic refund is issued to you.
- You must not record, reproduce, or share session content without the Creator's explicit written consent.
Video Course — Conditions
The following rules apply when you enrol in a video course:
- Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the course.
- No refund once you have watched 20% or more of the course content.
- No refund after 7 days from the date of purchase, regardless of watch progress.
- Course content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only — do not download, share, or redistribute any material.
- Your watch progress is tracked automatically by the Qynko platform.
Webinar / Live Event — Conditions
The following rules apply when you register for a webinar or live event:
- Cancel more than 48 hours before the event start time for a full refund.
- Cancel within 48 hours of the event start time — no refund is issued.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- If the Creator cancels the event — a full automatic refund is issued to you.
- If the Creator reschedules by more than 7 days, you may claim a full refund within 48 hours of the reschedule notice.
- Once a post-event replay is made available to you, no refund will be issued.
- You must not record or rebroadcast any live or recorded event without the Creator's explicit written consent.
Paid Community Membership — Conditions
The following rules apply when you join a paid community:
- Monthly subscription: cancelling ends your access at the close of the current billing period — no refund for the current period.
- Annual subscription: cancel within 7 days of payment (with minimal content access) for a full refund.
- Annual subscription cancelled after 7 days: a pro-rata refund for unused complete months will be processed.
- If the Creator shuts down the community, Qynko will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
- Violating community conduct rules may result in removal without a refund.
- You must not share, reproduce, or leak any exclusive community content outside the platform.
Intellectual Property
- All purchased content remains the intellectual property of the Creator.
- Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and consume the content for your own private learning only.
- You must not copy, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any purchased content without the Creator's written consent.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Day 0: Refund approved (automatically or after Qynko review).
- Within 1 business day: Qynko initiates the refund to the payment gateway.
- 3–5 business days: Payment gateway processes the refund to your bank account or UPI.
- Up to 10 business days: Some banks or wallets may take longer; total end-to-end is typically 5–7 business days.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, raise a dispute within 7 days by emailing support@qynko.com with your order ID and reason.
Qynko's support team will review evidence from both parties within 3 business days and issue a final, binding decision.
