These terms govern your purchases and interactions with this Creator. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Seeker on Qynko, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Indian law, and fully accept these Seeker Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Seeker) and Procellence Technology, India, the company that operates the Qynko platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register or use the Qynko platform.
Who Is a Seeker?
On Qynko, a Seeker is any registered user who discovers and purchases knowledge-based services offered by Creators. As a Seeker you can:
- 1:1 Sessions: Book private, live audio or video consultations directly with a Creator.
- Video Courses: Enrol in and watch self-paced, pre-recorded courses at your own pace.
- Webinars & Live Events: Register and participate in scheduled live sessions hosted by Creators.
- Paid Communities: Join membership-based communities to access exclusive content, discussions, and direct interaction with the Creator and fellow members.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Seeker account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not share your account with another person or create multiple accounts without prior written approval from Qynko.
- You must promptly update your account information if it changes.
- Notify Qynko immediately at support@qynko.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Discovering Creators & Services
Each Creator on Qynko operates their own personalised studio accessible via a unique subdomain (e.g., creatorname.qynko.com). When you visit a Creator's studio you can browse their offerings, read service descriptions, and make purchases directly.
- Service descriptions, pricing, schedules, and availability are set solely by the Creator, not by Qynko.
- Qynko does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any Creator's qualifications, credentials, or claims.
- AI Market Insights visible on the platform reflect aggregated, anonymised demand signals — they are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.
- You should exercise your own judgment when evaluating and selecting a Creator or service.
Purchases & Payments
All transactions on Qynko are processed through our secure in-platform payment system. Supported payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A purchase is confirmed only when you receive a payment confirmation from Qynko.
- You must not make any payments to a Creator outside the Qynko platform. Qynko is not responsible for any losses arising from off-platform payments.
- Service charges collected by Qynko at the time of purchase are non-refundable (see Cancellations & Refunds section for service-specific rules).
- If you encounter a payment error or duplicate charge, contact support@qynko.com within 30 days of the transaction.
1:1 Session Bookings
When you book a 1:1 session with a Creator, you are reserving a specific time slot. The following rules apply:
- Sessions can be joined 5 minutes before the scheduled start time via your Seeker dashboard.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session start time, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, no refund is issued and the Creator retains the session fee.
- If you do not join the session (no-show), no refund is issued.
- If the Creator cancels or fails to show up, you will receive a full automatic refund — no action is required from you.
- You must not record, reproduce, or share any session content without the Creator's explicit written consent.
Video Courses
When you enrol in a video course you gain access to pre-recorded content hosted on the Qynko platform for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the course content.
- No refund is available once you have watched 20% or more of the course content.
- No refund is available after 7 days from the date of purchase, regardless of watch progress.
- Your watch progress is automatically tracked by the Qynko platform.
- Course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not download, copy, share, or redistribute any course material.
- Access to a course may be removed if the Creator deletes their account; in such cases a pro-rata refund for the unused portion will be offered.
Webinars & Live Events
Webinars are scheduled live sessions. Your registration confirms your intent to attend at the stated date and time.
- You may cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the event start time.
- No refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of the event start time.
- No refund is available for no-shows.
- If the Creator cancels the webinar, you will receive a full automatic refund.
- If the Creator reschedules by more than 7 days from the original date, you may claim a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the reschedule notice.
- Once a post-event replay is made available to you, no refund will be issued.
- You must not record or rebroadcast any live or recorded webinar content without the Creator's explicit written consent.
Paid Community Memberships
When you join a paid community you gain access to a Creator's exclusive community space, including posts, discussions, and member-only content, for the duration of your active subscription.
- Monthly subscriptions: if you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
- Annual subscriptions: if you cancel within 7 days of payment and have not substantially accessed the content, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled after 7 days: a pro-rata refund for unused complete months remaining in the subscription will be processed.
- If the Creator shuts down their community, Qynko will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your active subscription.
- Community conduct rules set by the Creator apply in addition to these Terms. Violating community rules may result in removal without a refund.
- You must not share, reproduce, or leak any exclusive community content outside of the platform.
Seeker Conduct
To maintain a respectful and high-quality environment for everyone on Qynko, you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any Creator or fellow Seeker on the platform.
- Share false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or feedback about a Creator or their services.
- Attempt to contact a Creator outside the Qynko platform to bypass the commission or payment system.
- Record, screenshot, download, or redistribute any paid content (sessions, courses, webinars, or community posts) without explicit written permission from the Creator.
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including fraud, impersonation, or money laundering.
- Create multiple Seeker accounts to exploit refund or promotional policies.
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or access to purchased content to another person.
Refund Processing & Timelines
Approved refunds (automatic or after review) follow this timeline:
- Day 0: Refund is approved (automatically or after Qynko review).
- Within 1 business day: Qynko initiates the refund to the payment gateway.
- 3–5 business days: Payment gateway processes the refund to your bank account or UPI.
- Up to 10 business days: Some banks or wallets may take longer; total end-to-end is typically 5–7 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may raise a dispute within 7 days of the decision by emailing support@qynko.com with your order ID and the reason for the dispute.
Qynko's support team will review evidence from both you and the Creator within 3 business days and issue a final, binding decision.
Intellectual Property
- All course content, webinar recordings, community posts, and other materials on Qynko remain the intellectual property of the respective Creator.
- Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and consume the content solely for your own private, non-commercial learning.
- You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Creator's content without their written consent.
- The Qynko platform itself — including its design, branding, software, and technology — is owned by Procellence Technology and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Privacy & Data
Your use of the Qynko platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
By using the platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including phone number verification via Google Firebase Authentication.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure and protected by industry-standard encryption.
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data under the Indian IT Act and DPDP Act, 2023.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Qynko platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Qynko makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the quality or accuracy of any Creator's services, or the fitness of any content for a particular purpose.
Qynko is a marketplace and is not a party to the service relationship between you and the Creator. The Creator — not Qynko — is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and delivery of their services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Qynko's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Qynko shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or losses arising from your reliance on Creator content or advice.
Termination
You may close your Seeker account at any time by contacting support@qynko.com. Upon closure, your access to purchased content will cease, subject to any refund entitlements under these Terms.
Qynko may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund for active subscriptions or purchases.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamluk, West Bengal.
We encourage resolving disputes amicably. Please contact our support team first at support@qynko.com before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
Qynko may update these Seeker Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
